Step 1: Copy Your Widget Embed Code
Copy your widget embed code from Dashboard → Embed → Widget.
Step 2: Add the Widget to a Theme Template
In Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes.
Click “Customize” beside your current theme.
From the template dropdown, select or create a new Page template:
Click Add template
Choose Page as the type
Name it (e.g., “FAQ Page”)
Note: If you see “This page doesn’t have any sections,” your theme may not support Online Store 2.0. In that case, use Option 1 or manually edit the theme’s Liquid code.
Click Add section and select Custom Liquid or Custom HTML.
Paste your embed code into the Custom Liquid/HTML field.
Click Save.
Assign the template to a page by going to Online Store → Pages, selecting the desired page, and ensuring its Theme template matches.
Remove duplicate code if you already pasted the widget into page content—only one instance should exist per page.
Troubleshooting
If the widget doesn’t appear:
Ensure your theme supports Online Store 2.0.
Check that the correct template is assigned to your page.
Remove duplicate code.
Verify you pasted the full embed code.
Clear your browser and theme cache.
